After this window, your order will have entered our processing phase, and changes may not be possible. For cancellations made within the 24-hour period, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Handling of Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We define damage as a defect in the product or physical breakage. Please note that shipping-related packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered product damage.

Please understand that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
